Meet Natalie
5 weeks ago I felt like I hit a big low! I’ve been trying to lose weight for probably 5 years now! since perimenopause started everything has changed, my sleep, my skin, my waist size and along with that all my confidence! Very often feeling an imposter in the industry I work in because I’m not “perfect” After a week of milkshakes and starving and still gaining 2Ibs I was genuinely ready to book surgery in Turkey! BUT… I’ve been watching Kat for a while having know Kat since I was 21 I hadn’t seen her in over 20 years and the last time I saw her we worked in a gym together and I had my very own set of Abs! I’d gone to message several times but was worried about being judged! But I decided to fcuk fear and message her for help anyway! We arranged call and the rest has been nothing short of mind blowing!
Firstly my sleep! I’ve gone from no good sleeps out of 7 to probably 6 great nights per week!
I’ve dropped a dress size
I’ve lost 1/2 stone and I’ve lost a sh+t load of inches!
My skin is literally glowing (before this I was on antibiotics for a year as I kept getting cystic acne)
All this is 4 weeks
I’ve not dieted, ive not counted calories but I have learned what my body now needs to thrive! Understanding how much protein and fibre I need! Understanding the importance of strength training (which I’ve done from home in my pjs😂) getting out everyday and doing my steps!
I’ve not craved, or felt hungry, infact I’ve never eaten so well!
