Taking part in this programme has had a had a huge positive impact on my life.
After recovering from a slipped disc injury, I knew for a while that I needed to get back to strength training but I’d been putting it off due to worries about the injury reoccurring. Taking part has encouraged me to life weights again & build my confidence. My sleep has improved, as well as my energy levels and mood. Although I haven’t reached perimenopause yet I was keen learn as much as I can to be as prepared as possible and create routines to stand me in the best stead for the next few years. I’d recommend this programme to anyone. Kat is so knowledgeable, motivating & will support you 100% of the way. Thank you Kat.

My goal when I started the pilot was to incorporate more exercise into my daily life. Kat's expert coaching has enabled me to achieve that goal. I also wanted to create good habits when it came to exercise and again, Kat's fantastic coaching skills has helped me to create great habits that I know I can maintain.
I've learnt so much regarding macronutrients. I've loved finding out about the benefits of upping my protein intake and have been chatting to lots of friends about how good I feel.
I've really appreciated how supportive and knowledgeable Kat is. The coaching aspect has set this programme apart from others I've looked into completing. Kat was available to answer any questions I had, and to motivate and inspire when I was feeling tired.
I've loved improving the structure of my exercise routine - building in small chunks of strength training into my day. I love how flexible Kat's approach is. The approach of doing a small amount every day, when it suits me, has been easy to follow and really motivating. I feel stronger and fitter as a result of completing strength training each day, coupled with increasing my step count.

Kat has supported our annual wellbeing event for a couple of years – initially the brief was a focus on supporting women through menopause. Kat bought to life the importance of supporting our physical health with her expertise in menstrual health, nutrition and physical wellbeing – making the information accessible and relatable to the audience. It was so important to us that the session was inclusive to all (not just females of a certain age) which Kat did brilliantly.
As the event got bigger Kat ran sessions on both days – the brief for second day was to encourage people to choose strong, and it was so important to us that this wasn’t a session intended to make people feel bad or guilty about what they weren’t doing – but to inspire and motivate them to build healthy habits. Kat nailed the brief with the right combination of theory and movement to encourage people to get active.
I’d choose Kat to support our events every time!
